Mug '97: New projects

Here are some of the projects we will be undertaking at Daylight in the upcoming year. We welcome feedback and contributions of any kind: comments, suggestions, criticisms, belly-laughs, whatever.

IPCRESS -- icosahedral permuted comparison of relative shape similarity
Synthesis search engine -- playing chess with chemistry
Virtual Chemistry Laboratory -- simulating "wet work"
Neural net clustering -- an O(N) clustering algorithm
Mjollnir -- a chemical informatics server for the Internet
Java port and interfaces -- putting some Java in our MUG
Shidoni -- sculptures and uninterruptible power
