ABSTRACT

The number of tools available for manipulating chemical data has been growing rapidly over the last few years. Users are mixing and matching software from a variety of sources, to achieve the best results for their information needs. Consequently there is a great demand for good, reliable sources of error-free data to enable these tools to work to best effect. Derwent's World Drug Index is one of the databases offered via Daylight (and others) to meet this need. This presentation will concentrate on the sources and content of the data in the WDI database. We'll leave you to decide how best to USE the data, with all the available tools.
