The data from Masterfile can be searched by major substructure and by Activity Type on a PC or Macintosh with the latest version of the CLOGP program called BioLoom. It is targeted for Academic use, and has shown promise in extending the coverage of works such as the six volume "Burger's Medicinal Chemistry" , 6th Ed. The list of drug synonyms is exceptionally complete which makes it very useful in checking on structures and properties of drugs reported in current literature; e.g. Nature, Science, N.Y. Times, etc.
