Avalon Use Case III

• Find all compounds in stock with some publicly known activity!

• How can Avalon solve those problems?

  • Avalon will integrate structured (‘tabular’) in-house and external data (e.g. World Drug Index).
  • Setting the row model to ‘by active substance’ will put the ID numbers of the stock next to the data values describing the activity.
  • Predefined task-based queries can be used to automate this task.
