Avalon Use Case II

Given a substructure, give me a table of assay 1..10, measured logP and solubility, and all useful calculated descriptors one active substance per row!
How can Avalon solve those problems?
- It can directly filter by substructure.
- The data warehouse browser (currently WinMerlin) presents a tabular view on the data.
- Assays, physical properties, and calculated descriptors are represented uniformly.
- Avalon will support changing the row model between ‘by ID/batch’, ‘by compound’, or ‘by active substance’.
