JavaGrins Usage

JavaGrins is an applet that enables GRaphical INput for Smiles
It can return canonical SMILES for sketched molecules and reactions
The molecules may contain stereochemical information in which case chiral SMILES is returned
Sketched reactions may contain mapping information in which case mapped Reaction SMILES are returned
A typical usage pattern of this program is in a CGI form which may contain a text input field to read in SMILES. Hence we will look at integrating JavaGrins into a form containing a Text Input Field for SMILES.
