Reaction fingeprints

• Reaction fingerprints represent all the structural features that would appear the normal, molecular fingerprint of all reactants and products.

• Additionally, reaction fingerprints distinguish reactant and product features by adding offset product bits.

• No special action is needed to obtain such fingerprints -- these are the "normal" fingerprints of reactions.
