An overview of the Merck method development enviroment MIX will be presented. The capabilities of MIX have been extended by producing tools that intergrate access to Daylight databases and Daylight's querying capabilities. Combining the core MIX tools with a set of MIX cgi interfaces the use of WWW technology as a powerful and flexible user interface (UI) will be demonstrated. This talk will also serve as background and provide context for two posters being presented at this meeting.
