This database is comprised of substances in the "Discrete Organic Subset" of the US Toxic Substance Control Act. Over 100,000 substances are represented, of which aproximately 39,000 have associated SMILES. There are approximately 78,000 CAS numbers, 61,000 "preferred names", 46,000 "submitter names", and more.
