Key goals:

Take advantage of polymorphism fully.

"Reuse" many object types: Paths, Pathsets, Fingerprints, Depictions.

Make Reactions and Molecules mostly interchangeable.

Net result:

A majority of Toolkit code is reusable. Many parts work directly on reactions without modification. A recompile only is required.
