Thor & Merlin: Eviction

Eviction Options:

• Evict from Thor/Merlin server (forcibly close the client's connection to the server).
• Evict from a Thor/Merlin database (forcibly close the database).
• Evict a single user, or everyone.

Incorporated in merlinload(1):

• New option: "RELOAD"
• New option: -EVICT_USERS (forces reload, even if database is in use)
