StructureBrowser is a program which enables exploration of shape space and ligand design using our inhouse structure database. Using this, a bench chemist can use capabilities such as 2D fingerprint & shape comparisons and docking without worrying about the details. We have combined this with BREED an inhouse program for generation for hybridized novel ligands. This makes StructureBrowser a useful idea generation tool for bench chemists.
