Merqy
Merqy uses the Marvin applet along with the Daylight contrib
application merq to search Merlin databases and produce
a table of structures. These structures may be downloaded
as smifiles, tdtfiles or molfiles. They may also be displayed as
in a table, aligned to the search target and highlighted to
show the target.
This is a non-functional view of how the Merqy application
appears in a web page.
