• The Application Outputs

  • An SD file containing the products and properties
  • An HTML Grid of reagent exceptions for each RGroup (multiple mappings, no mappings, duplicate reagent, etc.)
  • A Spotfire file containing all of the profiling data for the products

• Selection is Available using Spotfire

  • Allows the user to filter compounds, select a diverse set and to split the product SD File accordingly
  • Reagent lists for the selected products are generated
