GADD evolves an initial
population of fragments into a a virtual library of molecules.
GADD is a contributed package, consisting of
a set of tools with which a user can identify the fragments in
a "seed" database and build libraries from those fragments.
Goals:
A flexible, extensible, powerful virtual library
enumeration tool.
Demonstrate Daylight toolkit and provide useful contrib code.
Reproduce some existing approaches in Daylight-compatible form.
