• The machine used for testing:

  • SUN Ultra-4
  • 2 CPUs
  • 450 MHz

• Database:

  • 0.5 Mio structures from Spresi
  • Fields: SMILES, ID, Fingerprint

• Only tested the BLOB-based indexes (The others are fast (<1 s) anyway)
