Jarpat has new option!
Jarpat is a program which performs jarvis-patrick clustering on nearest neighbor lists for structural datasets using a NEED/NEAR criterion.
The effect of ties in proximity is now taken into account with a new option to jarpat (MAXNN)
MAXNN option allows users to provide a number beyond "Near" in which to consider ties when clustering.
