• Reduced Graphs provide a complementary view of a dataset compared to conventional 2D fingerprints

• Reduced Graphs summarise different features of molecules while retaining the topology between the features

  • Many different kinds of reduction are possible

• Reduced Graph generation is rapid therefore the techniques can be applied to very large datasets

• Potential applications

  • structure-activity relationships; ordering compounds for screening; analysis of HTS data
