Dynamic shared object linking

All Daylight binary executables have been converted to dynamic shared objects for runtime execution.

allows operating system more efficient use of its resources when multiple users execute Daylight programs.
operating system loads one copy of the Daylight libraries into memory
binaries are smaller by a factor of 5-10X
requires an additional entry in the LD_LIBRARYPATH environment variable.
