Depositing a reaction

You can use this page to deposit a reaction for later use

Note that you are advised to store separately copies of important files

Either Type in name of a rxn file from IsisDraw

Or Paste in a rxn file Or Paste directly from IsisDraw into Chime window

Type in your username (e.g. arl22958)

Type in a textual description of the reaction

Choose reagents to add. These should be molecules which explicitly appear in your reaction transform but which are not actually present in your monomer sets. Specify how many molecules are required to achieve the correct stoichiometry

Choose groups to eliminate from the products. Typically this covers by-products, but you may also wish to eliminate a specific set of products. The system will also automatically delete any reagents you have selected above

Substructures to remove may also be input from IsisDraw

Either Type in name of a mol file containing substructure to zap

Or Paste in a mol file Or Paste directly from IsisDraw into Chime window
