Automated system for virtual library profiling and exploitation Abstract: A platform for profiling and exploitation of virtual libraries are developed, which allows a large-scale virtual library to be classified, compared to different targeted collections. Multiple databases can be searched quickly and simultaneously by multi-threads Java processes integrated with DayCart. Protocols are built on the platform providing chemists an integrated view on compounds in diversity, target-class and fragment spaces while making interactive selection. The concept and implementation of the system will be discussed.
