Use Of Line-Graphs

• Need to use a line-graph representation, in which nodes become edges and vice versa, before the clique-detection procedure can be invoked

• Given such a representation for the two molecules being compared, G1 and G2, RASCAL generates a correspondence graph, and then seeks the maximum clique (and hence MCES) in it 

• Need to check for K3 ?K1,3 interchange
