Comparison of Scoring Functions (1DWD)

• PLP and PMF functions perform better for enrichment in these runs.
• They also seem to correlate better with each other than with the molecular mechanics function (dock).
• Is this because they are somehow better (perhaps more idealized and less detailed) than the MM function for enrichment?
• They are also single point rescoring. Perhaps optimisation exposes more faults in scoring functions?
