The latest version has been updated to reflect the 4.91 functional API. It has been simplified for easy string handling and standardized into the com.daylight package. Auto-generated prototypes have been used to verify parameters and return values. Demo programs are provided. This JNI interface to the Daylight Toolkit may be freely distributed as long as it is made clear that neither authors nor Novartis nor Daylight will be held responsible for any damage or other results caused by the use of this code. Please keep in mind that the code was originally created by an algorithm and although updated by hand, it is not completely tested.
